I launched my coaching consultancy following an early career as a data specialist and database designer with the US Department of Defense; serving decision makers in the US Congress and Pentagon. Having lived outside of my hometown in Silicon Valley for over twenty years, I have been a consultant, coach and advisor to a variety of commerical and social ventures of varying sizes, growth stages and sectors across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and North America which allows me to work with clients through different cultural and operational lenses.I specialize in strategic planning, big picture thinking, ideation, and working with global teams separated by distance, time and culture.
