• Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP) designation.• Supports the corporate ERM Program by administering and performing assignments to effectively integrate the program into the activities and operations of the company and ensuring the bank is in full compliance with banking rules, laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures. Including periodic and specialized risk assessments, metric reporting, and maintaining a working knowledge of state and federal compliance regulations. Serves as project manager on new ERM initiatives.• Manage the corporate Model Risk Management Program in compliance of OCC requirements by providing oversight of the model inventory, risk assessments, and model validation processes.• Manage the eGRC software platform RSA Archer for ERM team.

• Responsible for the overall direction, implementation, execution, and control activities of small to large scale projects, consisting of new software implementation, corporate wide training programs, and wide-scale compliance initiatives. Ensured consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. • Applied project management methodologies in the development and implementation of project plans, risk mitigation plans, change requests, communication plans and other key project artifacts.
