• Leading a national program that has booked multi-millions of dollars in savings for the company. Program includes commercial, Medicare and Medicaid lines of business and all products.• Developed and implemented an International Healthcare Reform initiative that went across all commercial products. If you've been waiting for the motivation to get your start as a runner, this class is for you! Programs available for walkers, beginning and intermediate runners. Run your first 5K, improve your time, or stay motivated in your walking routine! The group is for all women, not just moms, but jogging strollers are welcome. This class will focus on interval training to burn more fat. We'll start out slowly and walk/jog/run our way up to the 5k Officer Silvera Memorial Run in August. Moms on the Run began in 2008 in Forest Lake. Since then, almost $4000 has been raised for charity and HUNDREDS of local women have gone from walking to running their first 5k ever. The program is rapidly expanding, now at 10 twin cities metro locations for 2011. Annual classes meet April-August. Off-season classes focusing on strength and toning are available in select locations based on demand.
