• Oversee Corporate Lines coverage to meet domestic & international operational needs. Manage all aspects of insurance auditing, budgeting, compliance and documentation.

• Oversee Human Resources Department including: recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, retention, team building, coaching, rewards and recognition, mentorship, performance evaluation programs and tools, industry.
• Oversee Contract Management including: subcontractor validation and selection, risk assessment and mitigation, establishing and protecting intellectual property rights, continuing services agreements, legal oversight.
• Oversee Corporate Insurance Lines including RFP’s for vendor management for the provision of our general liability, worker’s compensation, excess umbrella, errors and omissions, property insurances and client specific.
• Oversee Facilities Management including corporate headquarters, tenant improvements, construction projects, and vendor selection, qualification and management for ongoing services.
• Oversee Networking, Events and Corporate Culture initiatives including: Professional organization involvement, team building efforts, annual corporate events, galas, client visits, community/public relations.
