CurrentAs a Co-Founder of HireGrowth Executive Search Group, I aim to provide top recruiting solutions to both our clients and candidates. By utilizing a delicate combination of networking strategies, influential referrals, and extensive targeted marketing, I am able to provide clients with the next generation of top talent. In regards to candidate experience, I work one-on-one with candidates from introduction to their date of hire and beyond. I aim to connect candidates with roles that are not only a strong match due to their skill set and experience, but also provide them with a career growth trajectory aligned with their goals. We work together to prep for each individual interview, offer negotiation, and giving notice. I also manage all marketing efforts including website content creation and maintenance, social media management, and all other general marketing outreach efforts.
