Current• Contribute to organizational strategic planning, development, and assessment to maximize the people asset and build the capability of the business• Serve on the firm’s Management Committee and Leadership Team• Recommend, design, and manage HR programs to enhance company culture and team member morale and retention• Serve on the compensation committee and advise managers on compensation strategies and structure to attract and retain top talent• Manage and develop Sr. HR Generalist, Recruiter, Benefits Administrator, and three Office Administrators at various office locations• Manage sourcing, recruiting, and hiring, working closely with the recruiter and hiring managers to identify needs, establish interview processes, and source and hire qualified candidates• Provide coaching and recommendations to managers regarding team member training, development, performance issues, and team building• Manage the bi-annual performance review process, including developing tools as needed and training managers and team members• Create and present training sessions to managers and team members• Develop job descriptions and career ladders and perform job analyses• Oversee the selection and administration of benefits plans and act as the primary contact for brokers• Oversee updating of policies, procedures, and all compliance-related materials• Manage HR and general office budget and approve all expenses
