Rembrandt is the 3rd largest egg producer in the US. (Temp/contract position originally for only 3 months - extended to 10 months (May) until two of the major laying facilities were closed due to an outbreak of avian flu. Over 200 layoffs occurred due to this temporary situation. (Rehired August once business reorganization took place and recruiting ramped up again)• Adapted quickly to a new industry - egg production & manufacturing.• Within first 60 days, sourced and hired an Asst. Controller, a position which had been open for 6 months prior • Learned new ATS system "on the fly".• Developed strong relationships with HR Team and hiring managers to help identify, interview and select high quality candidates for corporate and manufacturing positions for assigned clients.• Created dashboard report for HR Director to help educate leadership on recruitment bottlenecks and justify the addition of a recruiter for the department.• Interviewed hiring managers on positions and job descriptions to better target qualified candidates.• Sourced candidates via Applicant Tracking System, Linked In, CareerBuilder, and industry specific websites.• Quickly developed relationships with outside agencies to fill high demand positions
