Drove program awareness among restaurant operators through a blend of digital marketing programs and traditional channels, including conventions, trade shows, website, email nurture campaigns, and articles/advertisements in franchisee association magazines. Managed the entire content creation process, orchestrates event logistics, oversees campaign monitoring and analysis, including trade show coordination, travel logistics, on-site setup, lead generation and engagement, and conducts monthly tracking and measurement of marketing initiatives using KPIs and tailored dashboards.
