CurrentPrimary Responsibilities:- Work closely with leadership and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention- Act as a project management champion in regularly refreshing processes by gathering inputs from stakeholders and/or through an outside-in approach- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to employees (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development)DEI&B Ambassador:- Determine company initiatives and DE&I goals with company leadership - Lead, sponsor and support various company-wide events to increase awareness and provide educational content
