In my time in this position, I have implemented Nordic Customer Panels, created a Customer Insights Repository, established bi-yearly Customer Insight Share-outs for the whole organization, in addition to building our research community and developing the processes by which we recruit for, conduct, and analyze qualitative research in If. I worked on a project focused upon the adult radiation oncology patient experience, where I researched the information needs of radiation oncology patients in different phases of treatment. From my research findings, I developed personas, scenarios, and a wireframe sketch concept of an application that could be used by radiation oncologist's to better educate and inform patients during their one-on-one meetings.
