I am excited about the opportunity to work in the IT field. I have completed my Bachelor of Technology from India as well as a certification course in CCNA. Although I have not had a chance to work in this field, I want to expand my knowledge in this area, and right now I am studying at UCOL (NZ) in the networking field. I have had about one year of customer service experience in India and am doing the same work at Gilmour's Central in New Zealand. From this experience, I learned about teamwork, built relationships with customers, handled different types of situations, etc. But I want to become a professional in the IT field, and I choose networking. I am a dedicated IT student with a passion for designing and installing networking equipment. I want to start my journey in this field with a reputed company in New Zealand and become proficient in the telecommunications industry.
