- Generating digital content ideas that meet the University’s strategic aims and user behaviour on chosen channels (i.e. web, social media and CRM)- Turning ideas into reality by delivering content which includes great imagery or audio-visual film, that is engaging and which promotes interaction- Publishing content using the web CMS (where HTML knowledge is required), social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram), CRM communications and any new digital channels the University adopts- Regularly reviewing the performance of content by interpreting and reporting on statistics and supporting market research- Identifying content best practice among competitor universities and in other sectors in terms of their web presence, video production, social media posts and CRM communications- Developing content for organic and paid online campaigns, aligned to programmatic requirements and using tools such as Google Adwords or social media opportunities

- Managing and optimising user engagement across all of Bryt’s market facing digital channels, including website, email, LinkedIn, Facebook and specific customer & consultant portals- Creating and designing advertising campaigns for social media which aim at gaining awareness for the brand and generating leads for sales to qualify- Leading the implementation of new digital marketing and advertising techniques onto all of Bryt’s marketing facing social channels- Working with subject matter experts across the business to develop and execute digital content marketing and social media campaigns that successfully drive awareness, purchase, penetration and retention of products and services with target audiences- Working with Sales to develop digital engagement and communications plans to support key sales activities and timescales- Content planning for, and day-to-day maintenance of the website Content Management System and social media channels- Working with relevant internal stakeholders to maintain customer and market contact data- Engaging with suppliers & partners as appropriate to investigate new value-add digital marketing media or channels that could successfully support delivery against business objectives- Measuring and analysing user engagement across all digital channels including ongoing recommendations for improved performance

- Managing a small team of 4 Digital Marketers responsible for maintaining the day-to- daysocial media posts- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website- Reviewing new technologies and keeping the company at the forefront of developmentsin digital marketing- Researching and writing original, relevant content for the company website- Leading the production of unique digital content for the company’s social media pages through the use tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects and Final Cut Pro- Controlling live play-out of advertisements and TV programs- Communicating with media assistants to ensure the day to day play-out is kept to a strictschedule- Booking in and scheduling advertisements from various clients while maintainingrelationships- Scheduling the TV playlist including both music videos and daily entertainment shows
