Current• Over 10 years of experience working with Online payment Systems like Online Wires, Zelle, Inter-FI, B2C, and BillPay.• Extensive experience in Agile ceremonies– Daily scrum, Refinement sessions, Sprint review, Huddle sessions and retrospective.• Experience in Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) frameworks: Cucumber and Karate by creating Feature file in Gherkin (given-when-then) format and experience in defining JAVA step definition files, business logic and POJOs. • Experience in page object model with page factory.• Designed automated test scripts in eclipse using JAVA for existing WAF/TestNG framework.• Experience in smoke, functional, End-to-End and data driven testing of OPS and BillPay web Services using DevTest and batches using AUTOSYS.• Experience in working with Databases – MongoDB, Oracle, MS-SQL, SQL server• Experience in End-to-End or Integration testing with other applications to make sure money is moving from UI till downstream systems.• Experience in testing and debugging web-services/microservices in xml and Json.• Experience with Splunk tool for log validations and troubleshooting purpose. • Extensively use JIRA to work issues, open task or support tickets.• Proficient in MS Office Suite-Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, VISIO, Open Office Suite.• Experience in leading and setting up troubleshooting sessions related to projects for OPS/BillPay framework. • Aptitude for learning new technologies and mentoring team members.• Good team player and quick learner with exceptional debugging skills
