As a recent Graduate I am currently seeking Remote or Seasonal work whilst I consider future study. I am passionate about the Tourism Industry and it is a personal dream to work in Resorts all over the world. I have skills in Retail and Hospitality to bring to any location. I am known as Outgoing, Personable and am Enthusiastic to learn and expand my skillset.As a Front-End Supervisor and Online Team Member at Woolworths Stores, I have worked to prioritise Customer Satisfaction by handling enquiries and concerns, both in person and over the phone. I have also taken upon the responsibility of Managing Team Members, Cleaning, Opening, and Closing of the store and Handling Cash. In the Invoice Office at Woolworths Stores I was charged with independently counting and dispersing large amounts of cash held in a safe, Promotional Ticketing, Kronos Payroll Systems and the Rostering and Charging of departments. I have 3+ years of experience in Food Preparation, cooking and packaging, in the Deli and Bakery Departments, and had the responsibility of cleaning these areas to a Hospitality-Grade standard. Within these departments I also had the responsibility of Managing Stock, including Promotional Displays and the Rotation and Clearance of dated items. I assisted with Manager-Relief in the Bakery Department in 2023I am trained across multiple areas of Food and Beverage Hospitality as a Waiter/Bartender at a German Restaurant and worked in setting up Events, Responsible Conduct of Gambling and as a Barista and Bartender at Halekulani Bowling Club. As a Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety I also trained to specialise in Infant and Preschool Aquatics, ensuring the safety of parents and children in and around water and Stroke Development. I hope to expand my Recreational Experience to Outdoor Guide work, High Ropes activities or Ski Instructing. Over 2 Winter Seasons at Falls Creek I have worked as a Rental Technician in a Ski Hire and Retail Store, also assisting with Guest Services and Equipment Repair in our Workshop. I hope to become a Team Leader in future seasons. Over Summer I am employed in Paint Crew and Maintenance as a Tower Climber and Painter. I have also been involved in the Performing Arts for 17 years as a dancer, as a Costume Distributor at Movie World and with intermittent Events work in Melbourne. I take an interest in Set Design, Sound and Lighting and Playing and Writing music.
