I love the immersive culture and 100% support for Team Members. The Special Events division focuses on the customer loyalty program, awarding gifts earned by players based on their point levels. In addition the department facilitates slot tournaments, drawings to earn free play, ticket scanners for our concerts. As we are in the mid April events the calendar is full. I appreciate the frequency of guests utilizing and enjoying our services. Weed that frequency I get to know faces or face masks people's names and connect with conversation. Everyone feels happy.

The mass retail and restaurant chains require a wake-up call to poor interactions between management and store employees, store to vendor relationships, social media and the affects of fake press vs positive outcome media about how to run the businesses. CEO'S focused solely on lining their pockets and satisfying the bottom line forgetting what manual labor feels like. The lack of satisfaction of consumers to maintain their shopping habits.
