My journey started over 17 years ago with a simple, profound message from my 87-year-old grandmother to my infant son: "be who you came to be." Those words gave me the courage to claim my authenticity and create, own, and live a life of fulfillment. Now, my mission is to empower others to elevate their emotional intelligence, unlocking their purpose, igniting their authenticity, and nurturing lasting success, happiness, love, and fulfillment in all areas of life.Certified in emotional intelligence through OKA and with leadership training from the Wharton School of Business, the University of Chicago, and the Kellogg School of Management, I bring both heart and expertise to my work. My first book, Be Who You Came to Be, launched in 2021, and my first children's book, Be Who You Came to Bee, co-authored with my mom, was released in early 2023. But my favorite titles are wife to Scott, mom to Ben and Jack, daughter, sister, and friend.
