• Team lead for all Human Resources and Payroll functions, responsible for coordinating and directing the activities of a team engaged in the selection, designing, implementation, administration and maintenance of the new ERP system, Oracle Cloud.• Develops and recommends new or revised policies/procedures to respond to system needs.• Participates in the development of information technology strategy and technology deployment.• Acts as consultant to outside divisions and units by providing technical advice and assistance on human resources (HRIS), learning (LMS), applicant tracking (ATS) and other related issues and matters.• Manages and oversees research and the compilation of reports and data to be used in litigation and/or grievances, negotiations, public records requests, and all internal department reports.• Coordinates the payment of salary earned and all applicable incentive payments (longevity pay, education, and certifications).• Audit personnel records, data transactions and internal access security levels.• Respond to internal and external audits related to human resources data and processes.

• Primary project manager for system integrations, automation and new implementations. Developing timelines, organizing resources and handling any issues that may arise.• Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure data quality and gather system requirements. Coordinate between groups to deliver on-time project completion.• Work directly with hardware & software vendors on SLA’s and asset management. Keep weekly meetings with vendors for updates on outstanding SOW's.• Responsible for the implementation, testing, analysis and support of our TMS/RMI software system across all current and newly acquired properties, including rollout of updates.• Develop short and long term goals and objectives for the technology team, includingprojects and timelines for the year.

Consolidation and centralization of CS centers.• Train/Instruct crews, management and clerks on the hardware and software systems.• Develop and distribute user-friendly reports for use by senior management and the field.• Track automation metrics and combine into reports to create and organize scorecards. Use scorecards to fix root cause issues and reach full automation potential in internal system.
