About Dr. Tara Rolle

I am a focused and passionate educational leadership administrator. My professional experiences are anchored in my commitment to schools, districts, and dioceses in developing high-quality programs and people. In my roles, including as Associate Superintendent of Schools and Executive Director, I have advocated for innovative educational practices championed by metric-aligned strategic planning, adaptive organizational change management, and transparent and proactive stakeholder engagement. For nearly two decades, I have modeled ethical leadership practices that blend political acumen with practical "know-how" and hard work. In addition to my non-profit leadership experiences, I am the founder and lead consultant at Momentum Educational Consulting Group, which offers educational institutions strategic planning, organizational leadership, and change management services. I also teach part-time at the University of San Francisco in the Graduate School of Education, where I share my expertise and knowledge with aspiring educators and leaders. In 2022, I published a book about my journey as a cancer survivor, titled "The White Noise of Survivorship," which explores the challenges and joys of life after cancer. This book reflects my values of resilience, gratitude, and faith, as well as my goal of making a positive difference in the lives of others.
