My professional experiences are anchored in my commitment to schools, districts, and dioceses in developing high-quality programs and people. In my roles, including as Associate Superintendent of Schools and Executive Director, I have advocated for innovative educational practices championed by metric-aligned strategic planning, adaptive organizational change management, and transparent and proactive stakeholder engagement.
