Supported the People & Capability team with generalist HR activity and projects.

Worked on developing an engaging bespoke On-boarding programme and developing a transformational leadership development programme.

As a trusted HR Business Partner provided influential strategic and operational advice to key stakeholders and People Leaders. Managed complex HR issues and supported the HR Manager and GM Organisation Design & Development with HR related projects and activity.

Developed and delivered a range of in-house, bespoke training programmes and workshops to address capability gaps, needs and to build culture and team collaboration. Initiated a mentoring programme. Designed the framework for the delivery and implementation of the change management programme for a large technology project.

Worked alongside the NZ Herald Managing Editor and nationwide leadership team to provide effective people solutions across the all newsrooms and across all channels. Focussed on strategic workforce planning and direction, building engagement and employee experience, learning & development, organisational design, succession planning and talent management.

Supported People Leaders in developing and initiating transformational change programmes to ensure effectiveness. A critical component to this was making sure the changes were understood by employees, were communicated well, were delivered with respect and employees felt supported throughout.

Supported the HR team with the annual People Survey, Health & Safety initiatives leading up to the premises facelift and team relocations, change management, People Leader development and Talent Management.

220 Hobbit fans arrived in Auckland on 2 November 2014 to experience real Middle Earth, 75 of them having won the Hobbit Fan Fellowship Contest. Each bought a guest and together with 50 media came to New Zealand to experience middle earth locations used in the Hobbit movie trilogy. Planning the journey, activities and managing the logistics for the 6 day "once in a life-time" experience visiting Hobbiton, Rotorua, Queenstown & Wellington was unforgettable for me as well as the fans! The trip ended with a private screening of the third Hobbit movie with Sir Peter Jackson at Park Rd Post in Wellington. An amazing experience to be a part of and what a cool role to be one of the directors of "fun". For you number crunchers out there...over the course of the week we had; 8k hashtag mentions, 59m impressions and $413k EAV! Awesome!!

Telecom made the momentous transition from Telecom to Spark. As a member of the core project team implementing this brand transformation I worked with an incredible team on developing a new merchandise website, a fantastic branded merchandise range, an internal photo upload app, email signatures, screensavers, digital brand toolkit, staff ID cards & lanyards and worked on gaining awareness and staff engagement of the brand change via internal campaigns and comms.

People lead for the organisation as well as Project Manager for implementing Oliver Wight Class A framework.
