Within the workflow it was discovered that Hyperion’s functionality is insufficient and inadequate to the requirements of the Holding because of too complicated transactional module that had to be developed. Eventually, the transactional block was developed separately into another software environment (1С). Its elaboration was the task of my group.- Drafting and ordering the organizational structure of the Group, rules and order for approval of budget, budgeting workflow- Elaboration of detailed specification of the budgeting system based on Oracle Hyperion software- Testing of releases issued by system integrator for accordance to specification- Development of strategic planning module: plan for areas under crops and preliminary high-level estimation of the total budget- Development of transactional planning module: technological processes sheets detailed to fields, herd turnover sheets at animal farms, seed-producing plants and elevators working programs; separate sub-module was developed for machinery work utilization- Modification of cost of production calculation- Operational planning and reporting model (daily basis), its matching to general plan- Financial plan consolidation model- Implementation of the developed systems- Training conduction for client’s employees (agronomists, economists, mechanics)Result: implemented transactional budgeting system (at 1C), system for planning of machinery working time utilization; 2 pilot projects were completed.
