Program Manager of electrical and software departments in Lviv. Main activities are following:- In charge of EE/SW departments. Managing team of 17 engineers. Cooperation with mechanical and industrial design departments.- Project management (hardware and software) of high end common use devices (including medical and home appliance)- Reporting to US HQ Top Management, negotiations with foreign clients, producers and distributors. - Spent year training in US based HQ. Major activities were following: - Writing detailed contracts for product development. Total per year around $18M of contracts written.- Project management activities such as development and maintenance of detailed project management task and assignment schedules – this also included schedule resolution and alignment of resources to meet schedules and quality test programs.- Business trips/meeting with Clients, suppliers, fabricators, sub-contractors. - Project issues resolution and making conclusions to prevent similar problems in future.

Worked as contract engineer at Rivne Nuclear Power Plant. Started as junior technician right after graduation. In a year became an engineer responsible for control algorithm development and deployment.Main activities were:- Regulator adjusting of turbine and reactor departments of power unit №4 Rivne Nuclear Power Plant (NPP).- Technical support of processes in the transitional mode and creating technical documentation.- Verification and correction of equipment installation of low level control system.- Participation in launching of power unit №4 of Rivne NPP.
