Thesis research on "Which combination of deep learning based models can segment vessels originating from CTA-data from acute ischemic stroke patients in a fast and accurate way?".Tasks:- Applying pre-processing techniques to brain CTA-images- Creating algorithm combinations with Python that segment the CTA-images- Having the accuracy of the segmentations assessed by assessorsImplementation:The most accurate and fast algorithm combination has been recommended for use as a standardized automated vessel segmentation technique (machine learning).
