My role at Unifier also started as a performer which later led to a promotion as Assistant creative director/ event manager. I took on administrative tasks and onsite coordination: drafting contracts, assisting with event proposals, representing the CEO at site walkthroughs, and ensuring the safety of talent and clients' satisfaction at events. The foundation of my guest relations. I was initially hired as an atmosphere performer/stilt walker and was later promoted to the role of stilt/character Trainer. I was responsible for managing all new hire audition processes, orientation/training curriculum and writing formal Standard Operating Procedures. I was required to have an extensive understanding of the mechanics of the stilt equipment and how to maintain them for safety measures properly. I ran training courses and developed a “Prehab”, which conditioned our performers and gave them the strength to perform at a high level. Duties also required communicating employee needs to corporate executives and working together to find solutions to improve our department. My years of character work and training gave me the sharp ability to read rooms quickly and accurately. This skill has been so fruitful in my professional life—the ability to understand each guest uniquely.

I booked travel, accommodation, scheduled itineraries and was the designated facilitator of fun by the end.
