I’m a creator, a builder, a big-ideas person.Since the beginning of my career, I’ve worked in start-ups, focused on building communities through content and content marketing. I’ve grown more than eight sites from the ground up, including topic and keyword research; planning, hiring and training the content team; managing freelance writers; acting as a liaison with stakeholders; and setting up the processes that keep content departments running.I’m a master at growing big organic traffic on a small budget and promoting the kind of collaboration that allows small teams to make an outsized impact. A few of the sites I’ve worked on include:-Techopedia.com - Grew the site to more than 4M visitors/month when it was sold in 2022-Kinkly.com - Co-founded this site and grew it to more 300k visitors per month when it was sold in 2023-Insuranceopedia.com - Grew the site to more than 100k visitors per month before it was sold in 2022-Yogapedia.com - Grew the site to more than 400k visitors per month in 2020-Investopedia.com - I built the content team behind its explosive organic growth; the company was sold to Forbes in 2007.I’m a strong believer in online content and its ability to act as a connector, whether that’s connecting people to each other, to a business, to information, or to products and services. I have the creative energy to come up with new ideas and have honed the analytical skills to assess which ones are working.Oh, and one more thing. I love doing it.A few other things I’m proud of:-I’m a self-taught SEO. I reverse-engineered a professional site audit and now conduct them myself. I used these skills to recover several key pages after a Core Google update, including reviving a few from de-indexed to page 1 or page 2 in SERPs.-I’ve personally managed and overseen hundreds of freelance content creators across verticals and have contributed to content creation across a huge range of topics.-I redesigned a 10,000-page+ website redesign using my own labor, one developer and a $7,000 budget.-I thrive on challenge; a colleague once called me “the best problem-solver” they’d ever worked with.
