I am responsible for collaborating with an excellent group of recruiters to find exceptional talent to join our team and help nonprofits make the world a better place through the use of our software and solutions. I also work with our University Recruiting Program and help new graduates work closely with passionate, creative, successful technology experts and Code for Cause!
In this role, I was responsible for high volume, fast paced, full lifecycle recruiting of exceptional professionals across the business. I sourced, screened and placed senior engineers, architects, usability designers, quality assurance engineers, system administrators, accountants, internal auditors, financial analyst and program managers for our Product Division, Technical Consulting, Technical Services/Customer Support Division and Finance and Accounting divisions. In addition to recruiting, I was also responsible for designing and overseeing our New Employee Orientation and University Recruiting Programs.
In this role, I manage an exceptional group of recruiters through a collaborate managment style. We work with a variety of initatives and projects to increase the effeciency and effectiveness of the Recruiting and Hiring Teams.
