Product Management, Cancer Services (PMCS) - (2017 - present)• Member of the Program Design working group that will recommend and implement a data collection solution for the implementation of HPV testing as the new cervical cancer screening test in Ontario. Accountabilities will included managing a phased approach to the technical implementation which will include a launch in colposcopy and a launch in screening. This will be achieved by collaborating with the Correspondence, Reporting Measurement, Lab Services and Operations team during the 4 year multi-million dollar program • Completed the design of the Target Operating Model for the Digital and Technology division to support the transition from a project focused organization to a product focused one. Engaged with vendors and executives to map business capabilities, create organization charts, and define product governance / change management strategies by managing work groups, vision setting sessions and industry scan analyses• Collaborated with the Ministry of Long Term Care and The Canadian Institute for Health Information to developed and launch the Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) initiative for Hip and Knee replacement patients across Ontario. The project was successfully completed under budget and implemented at 26 Hospitals across Ontario
