During the duration of the internship, Tara worked in several areas of our non-profit including social media, marketing, researching private grant funding, and assisting with special events. The responsibilities included:1. Event Planning: served on event committees and helped in the implementation of annual events that take place during your internship. Social Media: Setting up and promoting all social media outlets with news of interest to the community. The intern should stay up-to-date on current events – this will provide new ideas and opportunities for Seven Counties.3. Donor Database: assist in entering donor data into the new database that SCS will be using for all donation/donor tracking.4. Marketing: assisted in creating print ads and press releases for different media outlets. May contribute to the production and design of the following materials: E-newsletters, brochures, posters, and audiovisual materials.5. Grants: Assisted the department in researching, writing and submitting grant proposals.

As an Agency Liaison Intern, I am responsible for assisting the New Business Development Manager and CEO in developing and positioning Marketing Media Management's suite of products to our future customers. I also assist in managing and maintaining solid relationships with our customers and their affiliated organizations. I am partnered closely with the Marketing Media Management production team members to ensure our customer experiences exceed expectations.
