There is nothing more rewarding than giving and I intend on dedicating my professional career to giving to the community through hard work, passion and superb customer service. After more than six years in the non-profit industry where I experienced love, friendship and loss, I knew that the rest of my life would be dedicated to giving back to the Central Ohio community. Now, as a City of Westerville employee, I have the opportunity to serve the residents of my hometown of Westerville as the Business Manager of the city-owned electric utility; but, my dedication to the community does not stop with my full-time employment.I am also involved with the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium as an adult volunteer. I serve as the Chair of the Westerville Scholarship Foundation through the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce and have Chaired the Westerville Bowl-A-Thon fundraising event multiple times. I engage with Otterbein as a member of the University's Common Book Program. I also volunteer with local animal rescue organizations and participate in other local charitable initiatives as the need arises.I look forward to networking with you! tara.l.trigg@gmail.com
