• Open personal and business accounts. Order debit cards, account maintenance, stop payments, sweeps. Process credit applications and loan documents. Enter and approve domestic wires. • Review credit applications, tax returns, financial statements, and or other supporting documentation. Ensures credit files are current, complete, contact customers and partners to gather information to make appropriate decisions, and to sell/promote line products. • Develop special strategies and monitor progress to meet and exceed goals and objectives by follow up calls, referrals and Lobby Leading.• Perform teller duties effective and efficiently. Managed Vault and TCR which included monitoring cash supply, ordering cash for branch, daily and weekly audits and reports. • Exceeded Quarterly goals consistently and received awards for Gen Gold Sells obtained in 2012.
