Currently, I work for Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF) as the Regional Director of Medical Staff Service and Physician Relations for the Palm Beach market. Focused on developing and leading teams to execute on strategic growth efforts and physician alignment for Boca Raton Regional Hospital, Bethesda Hospital East and Bethesda Hospital West in addition to Baptist Health Medical Group - North to increase revenue and market share.
