Entrepreneurial by nature I enjoy building a team and creating an environment that plays to each individuals strengths. I am highly organized, self starter, good at multi-tasking and problem solving. As an asset manager for institutional clients I acted as project manager for re-developments, implemented marketing strategies and oversaw property management and brokerage. My ability to prepare, analyze and review sophisticated financial projections and oversee construction bidding, scheduling and management of contractors ensures well maintained properties and timely completion of tenant improvements. I maintain a tough but fair approach to all negotiations and have developed a knack for reviewing complex legal documents. On the corporate side, I negotiated the acquisition, land development approval and construction contract for the American headquarters of an international company and developed and implemented a strategic plan for lease administration and facilities management throughout the country.On the brokerage side, I provide full service representation to clients including contract negotiations, financial analysis, due diligence and coordination of land development approvals, financing and closing documents.
