As the Executive Director of Kids From Wisconsin, I oversee the strategic direction, operations, fundraising, and marketing of a statewide non-profit that provides talented youth with opportunities to perform, learn, and grow through music and dance.Prior to joining Kids From Wisconsin, I was the Director of Operations at Canopy Wealth Management, where I established the firm's structure, processes, and workflow for corporate communications, financials, information management, marketing, and team training. I also facilitated the transition of over 95% of our clients to our independent platform, onboarded $350M in assets under management, and maintained over 99% in client retention. I am passionate about creating and implementing innovative solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and organization growth. I am also committed to collaborating with fellow arts organizations and engaging with our diverse local communities to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and the communities they serve.
