Developing redesigned assortment planning and item setup processes and procedures for a merchandising group with nearly 5 Billion dollars in yearly sales to standardize processes, reduce errors, and greatly increase efficiency in preparation for the rollout of GS1 data integration across the organization. Quickly familiarized myself with multiple legacy technologies. Worked closely with multiple parts of the organization including retail technology, operations, merchandising and procurement teams. Provided user training and technical support for several major process changes with a user group of +250 company users in addition to the vendor community.
