Assist members and providers over the phone with issues or questions about health insurance coverage and/or claims.

 Train new employees. Complete payroll and any other duties in place of supervisor when needed.  Assess and complete applications for the WV Alcohol Test and Lock program. Use different mainframe programs to maintain and complete each case individually. Keep up to date with various laws, both state and federal, that pertains to specifically for the Interlock program. Correspond daily with multiple agencies to keep the flow of work smooth.  Keep miscellaneous supplies in stock.

 Attend to each customer either by phone or at front window and address their issues concerning matters of revocation, suspension and other issues that affect vehicle titles, plates and driver licenses Ring up and tender out each transaction. Use different mainframe programs to complete each case individually. Complete any extra, miscellaneous work assigned by other departments as assigned by supervisor.

 Assigned and supervised the tasks of approximately 100 cashiers, stockmen, people greeters, and others that worked on the front end of the store. Responsible for the comings and goings of money to and from the cash office/vault. Issued evaluations and discipline regularly. Mediated between customers and employees when necessary and insured both the customer and company were satisfied when at all possible. Offered assistance to associates and customers when needed.  Made critical decisions when necessary.

 Made cold calls to customers to set up appointments to review potential insurance policies. Made home visits to follow up on calls. Paired potential clients with appropriate policies. Assisted with Medicare supplement insurance.
