Tara Young, President & CEO of Kapital Accounting Services (KAS) has over 15 years of professional experience working in non-profit and corporate sectors. She has extensive knowledge of small businesses day-to-day operations and has worked closely with senior management to formulate and implement various financial strategic plans to assist with business growth.Mrs. Young has a Master’s Degree in Accounting & Financial Management from Keller Graguate School of Management and is widely known for her integrity, work ethic and a keen eye for detail. As a senior level employee, she has been held responsible for: managing and forecasting cash, identifying and assessing risk, and preparing plans to mitigate risk. With a passion to help small businesses increase their wealth, Tara recently formed Kapital Accounting Services (KAS) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Tara understands the significance of small business identity and sustainability in our economy. More importantly she understands their financial challenges and threats.
