Reduced time spent in review and improved cross-department communication and turnaround time for job by 40%.• Implemented design principals at National Multi-Family Developer and decreased overall construction schedule by 1.5x. Standardized plumbing and reduced quartz material from 40% to 3%. • Reviewed all contracts and organized project charters as well as pricing codes, schedule of values matrix and commission cost development. • Worked with Accounts Receivable to ensure all accounts are billed fully, timely and properly according to SOV. Reconciled at least 3 accounts per week for all projects not billed properly.
