I am an enthusiast of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban, combined with lean thoughts, seeking simplicity and efficiency. These frameworks, once inserted within the context of the company, provide the direction to the process organization and to see thart the changes as intrinsic. The creation of metrics (based on the OKR concept) is fundamental to give transparency to the improvements points. The development team needs to be engaged in the projects so they know why they are working on it. The customer and other areas of the company must have information by sharing real and honest data about the progress of the activities.Finally, I seek to encourage the use of prototyping and the constant involvement of customers (internal or external) in order to obtain specifications and products that are really adherent to the needs, avoiding to spend time, effort and money on products that will not be used or will not bring the results expected.
