· Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable · Maintain updated records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly · Maintain the documents in the Document Control office under safe custody with easy traceability. · Serves as Liaison between Clients and the Project staff for all matters relating to site documents· Coordinate and organize tool box meeting under the supervision of HSE Manager· Retrieving and archiving seismic data as and when needed from storage room
