• Ensuring excellent and quality service to Members and Guests at all times• Managing day to day operations of a restaurant as well as banquet events varying in size• Interviewing, training, managing and assisting servers and bartenders• Scheduling staff for both restaurant and banquet events• Creation of seasonal menu, brunch menu, happy hour menu as well wine and beer lists• Weekly ordering of wine, beer and alcohol as well as monthly inventory• Check reconciliation – voids, promos and discounting • Assisting in day-of banquet events through set up, following instructions through BEO, being the day-of contact, closing the event, tear down and turnovers• Manager On Duty four days a week

- Manage Accounts Payable: Call for and check vendor statements, invoice entry and timing, monthly bills- Manage Payroll, Labor tracking, and Payroll distribution- Balance, organize, and file Daily Sales Reports affecting the General Ledger- Manage Internal Control Auditing: employee files and updates, financial paperwork for daily sales- Operational manager- aid Executive General Manager in record keeping, daily/monthly sales tracking, office system & organization- Manage Inventory Entry and analysis affecting the P&L- Direct liaison between Executive General Manager and Corporate Accounting/Controller- Assistance to Front of House Management team as a shift leader by food expediting and control of service- Experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point; Aloha Systems, Citrix Applications- Manage Corporate Balance Reconciliations for All Restaurant End of Month Reports: Gift Card and Gift Certificate reporting, Prepaid lease costs, Corporate Warehouse Inventory, Restaurant Business Insurance

Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training a promotional staff, acted as main point of contact at all events, ensured staff met all clients’ objectives, handled 80 accounts, called on each 2-3 times per month, planned and executed a minimum of 60 events per month, increased distribution of products in each account by planning and executing promotions of products, worked closely with distributor and sales reps to drive sales, sold in 20 new products a month and 30 price features, gave feedback on all programs running and provided input on how they could improve efficiency.

Handled all opportunities for South and Central regions, worked with marketing and outside sales team on initiatives to generate new accounts, made 50 plus calls per day to follow up with current customers and contacted new leads, qualified and followed up with web based sales leads, worked closely with outside reps and channel managers on new clients, educated new clients on Check Point’s hardware and software offerings.
