- Initiate all raw & packaging materials purchase orders & ensure optimum stocks are available at co packer premise for production- Developed production plans with the co packers based on the monthly orders placed for Tropicana and Lipton Ice Tea- Ensure Tropicana and Lipton Ice Teat raw materials, packaging & finished goods specifications, process standards & controls at the co packers are in compliance with the PI/Tropicana/LIT standards & specifications.- Conduct biannual plant audits & work with Co-packer to develop/update joint Action Plans, and ensure timely execution/completion- Ensure correct & adequate reporting by to co packers of the Production runs details, quality results, Raw Materials & Packaging receipt, usage & shrinkage, & Full Goods shipment. - Develop necessary reports/formats for proper and accurate reporting - Conduct quarterly physical inventories on raw& packaging materials and finished goods for reconciliation- Develop/implement a supply chain process that ensures the timely delivery of forecasts, orders and dispatches and track each step in the process to ensure compliance from responsible party

- Develop the PCE Quality System in compliance with PI Quality Manual Guidelines and the Quality Audit System (QAS) standards- Lead the Quality Audit process, report compliance of the region to the system and recommend corrective actions and improvement- Manage the implementation of quality assurance systems and procedures throughout plant operations.
