Responsibilities Included:•Managing and supervising technicians for the maintenance plan.•Regularly inspecting firefighting equipment like fire extinguishers, hoses,pumps, and sprinkler systems to ensure they are in working order.•Conducting routine testing and maintenance on fire alarm systems,smoke detectors, and suppression systems to verify functionality.•Identifying and resolving issues with firefighting equipment or systems toensure they are operational during emergencies.•Maintaining detailed records of inspections, tests, and maintenanceactivities for compliance and reference purposes.•Providing training to staff on the proper use and maintenance offirefighting equipment and systems.•Being on call to respond to emergencies and assist with firefighting effortsas needed.•Ensuring that all firefighting equipment and systems meet regulatorystandards and codes.•Recommending and implementing upgrades or improvements tofirefighting equipment and systems to enhance safety and effectiveness.
