I'm Tarek, I'm living in Hamburg, Germany and I'll take you with me on the journey I've taken, so that you can "get a little better hold of me", because after all I wasn't born as a fitness coach.10 years ago I thought it would be impossible that I could actually help lawyers, CEOs, managers or agency owners to get in top physical shape.I was super shy, didn't like being around people and just wanted to play football - my great passion.Problem: In the U17-& U18-teams I noticed that I could no longer keep up physically. I was athletic, but not muscular.So I started strength training and tried different nutritional strategies.I did my strength training for 2 hours in the afternoon, went to football practice for 2 hours in the evening and then ate a pizza as a reward.Result: Instead of building muscle, I was constantly struggling with illnesses. Frustrating. In the end, I didn't even had the energy to do finish high school year and left a few months before my graduation.The low point.The following months were a period of reflection, analysis and adjustments.For over a year I fixed the mistakes that had physically broken me.The result this time:🏆 Significant muscle building🏆 Higher energy level🏆 Starting player in my football team🏆 Clarity about my goals🏆 Several offers from the US colleges for a football scholarshipI accepted an offer from the US and ended up in South Carolina, where I completed my double bachelor's degree and became captain of my team which made it to the playoffs.I kept working on my physical potential, helped my friends and teammates with their physical goals and found fulfillment in it!In my final semester while my buddies went to parties, I started planning my coaching business.My life now is fantastic because I can transform people physically and give them a better quality of life - no matter where they are. Italy, France, Spain or Dubai - my clients make progress from everywhere!I almost forgot: They make progress even though they regularly treat themselves with pizza, burgers or fries.
