This expansion allows our customers to leverage our product regardless of their preferred technology stack.Regionalized Infrastructure: We transformed our global unique instance into multiple regional instances hosted on a secure public/private cloud infrastructure. This strategic move brought our customers' data closer to their locations, enhancing data access speeds and reducing latency. In a bid to enhance the scalability and resilience of their infrastructure, I joined Concord to create and manage the SRE team, which paved the way for a shift from a monolithic architecture to a more distributed architecture and the creation of new design paradigms.Simultaneously, we aimed to implement "smart automation" for contract management, but the existing data and AI tools and infrastructure posed challenges. Under my supervision, the data team worked on these limitations. Unfortunately, AI technologies of the time (pre-LLMs) lacked maturity for efficient and predictable results.

We offered a comprehensive range of services, including consultancy and technical advisory, as well as development outsourcing.

As a Senior Architect, I led the design and implementation of the SUS ID federal unifier, a crucial system that unifies the SUS identification number across various non-federal healthcare entities. This project involved managing a team of 20 engineers.The SUS, Sistema Único de Saúde, serves as the foundation of Brazil's public health system, and the SUS identification number is the unique identifier that grants Brazilian citizens access to their healthcare rights.
