Manage all facets of a small construction company, to include, but not limited to, new business development, training, budget management, scheduling, record keeping, marketing, communications, taxes, staffing, and research.

STARS (State Transition and Reintegration System) was an Oklahoma Military Department (OMD) youth program which provided year-round electronic monitoring and tracking services to high-risk, adjudicated youth under the care of the Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA). STARS had 2 regional offices located in the OKC area and Tulsa, and an electronic monitoring (EM) component co-located with the state communication center in Pryor. Developed and managed all strategic planning of the STARS program. Handled all personnel issues to include hiring, disciplinary, and termination processes. Created and implemented program policies and procedures manual. Ensured that all employees met all training requirements, which included creating and teaching coursework in several program areas. Responsible for creating, monitoring, and reviewing employee PMPs. Supervised two levels of management and the STARS program statewide. Traveled to STARS offices throughout the state and conducted office audits and support training for Regional Managers and their staff. Developed and managed program budget. Managed all supply issues to include inventory tracking, ordering, and payments. Managed a fleet of 27 vehicles. Communicated with other executives from various state agencies and community leaders to successfully realize the STARS mission. Responsible for all community relations. Researched, compiled, and developed reports consisting of demographic information to include recidivism studies useful in gaining additional funding from various sources.
