Marketing Supervisor
CurrentIn my role at Home Plus, I am responsible for driving targeted marketing campaigns that seamlessly align with our goals, ensuring each campaign meets defined objectives and KPIs. I oversee the full lifecycle of campaign creation and execution, from strategic planning to performance analysis, continually optimizing to achieve maximum impact and engagement.A key part of my role includes managing the CMS for our website, where I update and refine our product listings to enhance online user experience and drive e-commerce growth. Under my oversight, our digital platform has achieved notable engagement, with over half a million interactions and 100K users, contributing to online sales now accounting for 5% of our total revenue.Lead generation is another critical focus, where I collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure high-quality leads are passed on effectively. In my first three months, I successfully generated 50 qualifying leads, fueling our sales pipeline and enhancing customer acquisition efforts.I also provide strategic marketing support to our dealer network. This includes creating a comprehensive product catalog that highlights unique appliance features, empowering dealers with the information needed to boost sales. Additionally, I spearheaded the development of a dedicated dealer page on our website, generating significant traffic and visibility with over 58K unique visitors and more than 1,800 link clicks to dealer profiles.As an advertising specialist, I leverage a range of digital strategies to grow our brand visibility and online reach, strengthening Home Plus’s position as the leading provider of Samsung home appliances in Palestine. My role is to continuously innovate and support both our direct and partner sales channels, driving results that elevate our overall market presence.
