This encompassed locating a company to build a new trade show booth, negotiating the cost of purchase, following up with approvals and timelines for the booth build completion. Selecting the most beneficial booth space at the trade show and coordinating delivery of the booth as well as all sales items, brochures, etc. to the show on time. Managed the build of the booth at the convention center. I had also put together all the travel arrangements for the executives and sales persons traveling from Israel as well as those of us traveling in from CT. When it was over, the CEO and Sales Management of Spuntech said it was by far the best and most organized show they’ve had.
