Fill-in morning show co-host at KMPS

Job responsibilities include:•Co-Host of “The T-Man in the Morning Show” KUBE 93.3 Morning drive ~ Successfully Co-Hosted “T-Man in the Morning Show”, 40+ #1 Arbitron rated books (14 yrs./Seattle and National Syndication). •Responsible for live contribution as well as daily show prep: •Researching /finding topical and original show content – news stories (entertainment, sports, national, international, and local), articles, stats, creating and playing an integral role in morning show bits.•Morning show promotions/ events - played an essential role in all aspects of promotions / events related to the morning show planning to successful execution.•Key role in successful marketing of the KUBE 93 F.M. morning show by established individual name recognition: • Personal appearances • Hosting /emceeing various club nights, station events, and community events.•Successfully worked with Sales Executives to generate additional revenue through endorsements and personal appearances through strong name recognition.•Radio endorsements of 50 + products and services.•Voiced more than 2,000 radio commercials for various clients locally/nationally, available upon requestProficient in: Vox Pro, Pro Tools and NexgenSocial Media Networks: Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google, Vimeo

Job responsibilities include:Successfully marketed and leased high-end, multi-million dollar properties in downtown Seattle district -promoted; all within 24 months of employment. Worked directly with building owner's in all aspects of managing building - budgets, rent assessments, sub-contractors and vendor's, etc. in order to maintain an exceptional high-end rental property. Prescreened potential leasersMaintained working knowledge of landlord/tenant laws with the State of WashingtonManaged staff of 7 - including scheduling, Human Resource responsibilities, employment reviews, etc.
