Developed Concern Sudan safety and security management plan for 2017-2022. Sudan emergency response plan (PEER) and funding proposal for 2018, $1m for refugees response multisector proposal. Developed Concern Sudan communication strategy.

Managed multisector programs and multi-displinary staff, $6m budget and 68 staff benefiting over 1 million pastoralists, refugees, IDPs and host communities.

I participated in project designing, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation with Heartland Alliance International (HAI) of varies donors, JTIP, PRM and DRL in particular. I worked on the new grants management system and made it more efficient and paperless, and improve HAI sub award management through to become regional base. Also I participated at HAI leadership retreat for building 2015-2020plan in USA.

Opened the first program for GOAL Sudan in Elfasher North Darfur for women empowerment through education under Irish Aid/SHF funding, and extend that program under CHF funding three locations. Sudan I developed strong project monitoring tools as a means of verifications for these targets, and coordinated the implementation several types of projects under the UNDP/Irish Aid/DFID, OFDA and USAID funds.

Reporting to SOLO Head of programme Programmes, monitor the day to day implementation of the agreed work plans to ensure programme objectives are realised in accordance with the programme contracts; supports and works collaboratively with national and international open and distance learning professional associations to ensure that SOLO open & distance learning package delivered donor requirement accordingly. Direct responsible form operating women centers in Krt, South Kordofan, and Blue Nile & Kassala. Centers offer tutoring, life skills courses, literacy classes through REFLECT method, creative art courses, and structured free time activities in addition to other recreational activities: leading all SOLO DDR programme.

Assist ALMASSAR Org in developing a policy on engendering the Peace Building efforts ;Support the peace building activities of local groups ;Pay special attention on enhancing the role of women in peace building ;Provide inputs into capacity needs assessments; Assist in the preparation of project proposals, projects documents and budgets; Contribute to the preparation of SRF /ROAR; Assist in preparation of substantive and financial reports timely especially for donors; Liaise with Government counterparts in implementing projects; Participate in project site visits; create the funding to enable ALMASSAR to tackle these Nomad development and environment conservation issues at a higher level of impact.

I have worked to promoting respect for civil rights and civil liberties in policy creation and implementation communicating with individuals and communities whose civil rights and civil liberties may be affected by war and unsuitability activities, and informing them of policies and avenues of redress, Investigating and resolving civil rights and civil liberties complaints filed by the public regarding Salam org or activities; and Leading SALAM equal employment opportunity programs and promoting workforce diversity.Providing advice and support for incorporation of civil rights and civil liberties protections into my previews server immigration-related activities and policies.
