I’m the focal point of the activities of our department. Responsible for: Planning, synchronizes, and execute tasks.• Harmonize Crew and resources to run the operations in the field.• Communicate and Collaborate with clients and other Halliburton PSLs• Contact and collaborate with partners and subcontractors who will be contributing to different tasks in the project.• Resolve clients concerns by introducing our tools or Halliburton service in general (other psl).• Transfer tools from other countries to Algeria to complete the local tools assemblies and transfer the extra tools out of Algeria.• Keep a good percentage % usage of the tools and equipment.• Ordering spare parts and materials and Monitor the PSL inventory in the warehouse. • Monitor and check the situation of the tools and equipment with regard to the Customs Administration.• Prepare job tickets according to the contracts & agreements and track them from creation of the sales order until the invoicing. I am also responsible for:• Arranging the accommodation for the staff before arriving from home or from field.• Creating and follow crew journey management from Base to field and return.• Promoting service excellence and customer satisfaction by providing training and guidance to individuals engaged in well site service work to meet next challenges.• Assure quality of services.• Investigates accidents, injuries and incidents within assigned PSL.• Maintaining and tracking Customer satisfactions.• participate in performing internal audit• Facilitating process improvement across Company field operations.• Conduct regular analyzes of processes and procedures, making adjustments when necessary.• Develops recommendations and leads efforts for establishing and sustainingimprovements.• Facilitates transfer of best practices and continuous improvement culture. Leads teams to address specific issues.• Maintains awareness of industry trends and advances in management system.

Responsible for all aspects of field service including job scope, scheduling, staffing assignments, procurement, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction with all on-site work. Give presentations to clients, Prepare tickets of the operations in the field and send them to the base after client signature.

Run in hole tools in the field Onshore & offshore, Sign tickets, increase company business and step out from negative situation. Clients. Total, ENI, Congorep Perenco, SNPC, Murphy.

Performing Service tools & DST casedhole operations & Conventional tools (Mechanical), preparing job tickets and sign them in the field.

maintenance of the DST tools and special tools in the Shop & Run in hole Service Tools operations in the field.

Maintenance of DST (Drill Stem Test) and Downhole service tools in the workshop, pressure and function test of the tools according to Halliburton standards.
