Responsible for processing the U.S. multi-state payroll for all non-exempt and exempt employees of two subsidiary companies. Also responsible for the set up of all garnishments, unemployment claim responses, and employment verification requests.

Irving, TX

Responsible for reviewing and processing payroll for over 120 clients. Also responsible for amending quarter end and year end tax reports including amending 941’s, W-2’s, W-3’s. Set up earning and deduction codes, garnishments, tax agencies, time off policies, custom reports, client billing, and general ledger set up.

Responsible for coordinating the bi-weekly payroll process for all non-exempt and exempt Legacy team members to include system training, data entry, reporting, and payroll review and submission. Also assisted with recruitment paperwork, background checks, administering new hire orientation, submission of new hires into the system, benefits enrollment.

Led three units consisting of 25 total direct reports responsible for the processing of all new business. Created, evaluated, analyzed and updated financial and productivity reports for executive management on a monthly and quarterly basis. Wrote, reviewed and updated procedures related to current and new processes related to the issuance of annuity.

Managed teams of up to 30 direct reports with authority level to issue policies of up to $3 million. Responsible for the production and presentation of financial reports throughout the year to upper management. Worked with internal auditing and compliance teams to ensure all work product conformed with company procedures, government guidelines. Consulted.
